Admissions

Enrollment for the 2024-2025 Academic Year is open

Admission Procedure

We are honored that you have chosen to pursue partnering with us in your child’s education. Our admissions process** is easy and online. Below is what to expect as you navigate the admissions process.

  1. Click the button below to fill out our online application and submit the $125 application fee. Please have your student’s most recent report card (not applicable to homeschool students) and standardized test scores (if applicable) handy before beginning the application process. The online application is easy and will give you a tool to track the status of your application with the login you create.

  2. Give a copy of our Pastor Recommendation form to your pastor and submit it to us once completed by logging into your account.

  3. Once the application materials have been reviewed, you will receive a call to schedule an appointment for a placement evaluation*.

  4. Following the placement evaluation, you will receive a call to schedule your family interview with our Headmaster.

  5. You will be notified by email (usually within two weeks) regarding admissions acceptance. Once your student is accepted, you will receive a contract and general school information as well as a financial aid award letter (if applicable). The contract should be signed and returned with enrollment and supply fees within one week to secure the student’s placement.

*A note about placement evaluations: We try to make the evaluation as light and fun for students as possible. Testing will not take more than an hour for grammar school students and 2 hours for upper school students. The goal of testing is to see at what level the student can read, write, and compute to ensure proper class placement. It is important for accurate testing results for the testing to take place without parental presence. We will discuss testing results with you if there are questions or concerns.

**PLEASE NOTE: Open enrollment for the 2025-2026 academic year will close on Friday, May 14th. At this point no additional classes will be added. If there is space in your child’s grade level you may still apply. If no spaces are available in your students’ grade your students may be placed on our waiting list.

***Tuition Credit: All students that are enrolled and have paid their enrollment fees by April 15th will be eligible to have 10% of their enrollment fees applied to their account as a tuition credit to the first tuition payment for the 25-26 academic year.

Welcome to Sardis!

Thank you for your interest. We are excited to partner with you in the endeavor of raising your children. No other system of education has the track record of success that classical Christian education does, but it makes you rethink what you know about education.  We encourage you to do some reading on the classical model if you are unfamiliar. The “What is CCE?” article and The Good Soil Study are great resources to begin. Our goal is to bring together a cohesive community with a love for Jesus, truth and people. We look forward to meeting you.
